旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器結(jié)構(gòu)件變形：由于長期使用或操作工操作不當，其壓帶蓋板、頂針、彈簧及其它運動機構(gòu)產(chǎn)生變形、銹蝕等，從而導(dǎo)致器件吸偏、立片或者吸不到器件，因此應(yīng)定期檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時處理，以免造成器件的大量浪費，同時安裝應(yīng)正確、牢固地安裝在供料部平臺上，特別是無旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器高度檢測的設(shè)備，否則可能會造成旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器或設(shè)備損壞。

潤滑不良：一般對供料器的維護與保養(yǎng)，很容易被忽略，但定期的清潔、清洗、加油潤滑是必不可少的工作。驅(qū)動部分磨損：機械式驅(qū)動地靠凸輪主軸驅(qū)動供料機構(gòu)，迅速敲找供料器的擊找臂，通過連桿使與之連接的棘輪帶動元器件編帶前進一個進距，同時帶動塑料卷帶盤將編帶上的塑料帶帽離，吸嘴下降完成取件動作。

但由于供料機構(gòu)高速訪問供料器，經(jīng)長時間的使用之后，供料器的棘爪磨損嚴重，造成棘爪不能驅(qū)動卷帶盤塑料帶正常剝離，使吸嘴不能完成取件工作。因此在安裝編帶前應(yīng)仔細檢查，對棘爪輪已磨損的旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器應(yīng)立即修復(fù)，不能修復(fù)的應(yīng)及時更換。
