1）新安裝或大修后的風機都應經(jīng)過空負荷試運轉(zhuǎn)。

2）羅茨鼓風機空負荷運轉(zhuǎn)的概念：在進排氣口閥門全部打開的條件下投入運轉(zhuǎn)。

2) The concept of no-load operation of Roots blower: put it into operation when all the inlet and outlet valves are open.

3）試運轉(zhuǎn)時應注意觀察潤滑油的飛濺情況是否正常，如過多或過少則應調(diào)節(jié)油量。

4）沒有不正常的氣味或冒煙現(xiàn)象及碰撞或摩擦聲，軸承部位的徑向振幅不大于0.08mm。

5）空負荷運行30分鐘左右，如情況正常即投入帶負荷運轉(zhuǎn)。如發(fā)現(xiàn)運轉(zhuǎn)不正常應立即進行檢查，排除故障后仍需作空負荷運轉(zhuǎn)。

1）按要求逐步緩慢地調(diào)節(jié)，帶上負荷直到額定負荷。不允許一次即調(diào)額定負荷。

2）所謂額定負荷系指銘牌所標的進排氣口之間的靜壓差。在排氣口壓力正常的情況下，需要注意進氣口的壓力變化，以免超負荷。
